THE SUPER-RULES IN LIFE
FOLLOW THESE FIRST AND FOREMOST!



Repeatedly read these every day (post it if feasible).  Check off which you already do or put a "W" in for what you will do.  Don't quit repeating this daily until you can check off each one (at a humanly possible, realistic level).  (Consider actually grading yourself on these from A to F, which could help to see what to focus on first.)

__ STAY (or adjust back quickly!!!) IN THE WELL-FUNCTIONING H-ZONE

    __ Never leave a bad belief, bad system, or a problem to repeat itself!
         __ Stop doing what isn't working!!!
    __ Do it right the 1st time if possible but for sure the second time, but don't do it
        wrong over and over!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
    __ Emotional functionality is first! Fix it first!
         __ Use the "centering breath" constantly
         __ Assure the "core safety" is in place, asap!
         __ Fix the significant and core beliefs! 
    __ Physical homeostasis is a vital MUST!  
         __ Exercise, no blood sugar spikes, strict bed time, full sleep, "no" stress
    __ Use The Pause, always.
         __ Use the methods to reengage the higher brain

__ NEVER LEAVE A NEGATIVE CONVERSATION UNCORRECTED

    __ Correct to what is true and/or immediately say the exact positive opposite.
         __ Install the key true beliefs deeply, asap
              __ Assure that the "no fault" paradigm is used in life!
    __ Deal with the primitive non-thinking brain as it really operates

__ ORGANIZE FOR ACTION, 1st and foremost

    __ Choose, allocate ahead of time all of your time, deliberately 

         __ Plan the steps that lead to completion (don't do it haphazardly)

    __ Always do the most impactful 1st and when most capable!

         __ Do "first things first", match to level of alertness, energy, thinking  
         __ Make all big decisions ahead of time, when in your higher brain, in high
              energy.
__ Run your life based on The Principle Of Sufficiency.
        

__ LEARN "LIFE" ASAP

    __ Life wisdom has the #1 impact of all things you can do, put if first

        __ Life competency - Learn how things work and how to work them
             __ Know that it is ALL mechanical, so we need to work things mechanically!
             __ Know vitally (!!) how the mind works and how to work it!!!!
             __ Set up excellent systems in all important things - Rules, guidelines,
                  standards, ways of operating, procedures, actual systems
             __ Tweak and improve them at every opportunity or incidence of "not
                  working"
        __ Learn "power"  
             __ Operate based only on actual consequences, not fictional "mental" ones
             __ 100% responsibility for life (nothing else works); be a self generator.
        __  Know and operate from the core true perspective of "No Fault".

__ DON'T BREAK THE LAWS, or you'll suffer.

   __ Know what reality is (otherwise you can't follow the law)
        __ Learn the laws (including principles) of reality, how the world and life work

Keep this posted and "top of the mind" in some way (such as in your prescribed routine for reading reminders in The Reminders Notebook) UNTIL you've accomplished each one of these!  (And then tickle it for yearly review!)
  
Set your rules ahead of time and prioritize them.  Keep them top of mind on a regular, assured basis.  

If you spend less than 40 hours on setting and assuring the rules are in place and learning what is needed, you are not going to harvest the full value and will therefore not harvest the greatest life!  (Yes, we want to get to the immediate reward, without doing "the work", but there is no miracle that will make that work - you must do all the steps and pieces involved.  Perhaps seemingly ironically, you will soon save many more hours than it took you to establish and implement your rules!!!!!!)

One could use the links in the above piece as if they were the curriculum for life learning, as your life will get better as you assure you have sufficient learning in each of these to get the results you want!!
