INCREASING YOUR IQ
WHAT TO DO
(Notes and tidbits for now, more strategies added later, see the resources meanwhile.)
HOW MUCH CAN IQ BE INCREASED?
How much can you increase IQ by?
If in a non-IQ stimulative environment, the increase can be substantial, for 15 point to about, perhaps, 25 points.
If from average circumstances, from 10 to 20, on top of that from the above.
TO INCREASE YOUR IQ
Be around people who "think that way". Solve problems, do analysis, are creative
Follow the techniques...as they build into you...
Brainstorming
Practice "problem solving" (in real life problems, which helps more than "math" problems, as real life has more variables and factors to manipulate with fewer rules or proeedures)
More stimulating environment
Read and learn more
Play mind games (cards, chess...)
Learn logic and "critical thinking"
STUDIES - DECREASING AND INCREASING IQs
You can actually "dumb down" over time by getting old and not thinking much, with few challenges or thinking challenges. By being in a culture that is low thinking, limited, with additional bad habits, such as occurs in poverty cultures and/or victim cultures. Some children who measured close to average intelligence at age 4 in a poverty, understimulating culture dropped as an adult to an 85 I.Q. average... Dropping out of school early can easily affect IQ 5-7 points ongoingly, plus any effect from being in a low stimulation culture environment.
To stop dumbing down, stop multitasking so much (in today's social media society) as it damages the ability to focus attention and stay on the same subject and to be effective in life.
