Be wary and take huge caution in this area and make sure you have the ok of a qualified physician or other expert.   Much is promised, but some of the miracles have no sound basis or proof.  And some may actually stress the body too much for some people.  Thus, get medical advice before trying these.


THE RECOGNIZED BIO-HACKERS

Tim Ferriss is perhaps the most recognized with huge best selling books (and I mean "huge", as in 700 page books).  The strongest bio-hacks, besides the ones he's added via his blog, are in The Four Hour Body and in Tools For Titans.

And then there is Dave Asprey, with a new biohacking book:  Head Strong










Innovative, solution seeking, research driven

The best I've run across, who I now use and pay for out of pocket, is Kirk Hamilton, PA-C (about 60 and looks 40), a "physician's assistant".
