Do these, one at a time. Even if you're not yet complete in the learning part of it, make at least a decision for now, scheduling it into your calendar system for going to the next level. Check them off as you've tied them down, reading at least enough introductory material to make a good decision. Put this, or some list you've decided on, behind your tab in your Reminders Notebook entitled "Decisions" - read it every day for a month and then weekly.
