WHAT THE SUCCESSFUL CEO OF LIFE DOES
AND HOW THAT APPLIES TO WHATEVER HE/SHE DOES, ESPECIALLY LIFE!

WHAT IS A CEO?

CEO, of course, stands for Chief Executive Officer, the guy/gal who runs the organization for the greatest return for the stakeholders - he/she is responsible for the success of the organization and does not use a single excuse and does not sluff off his responsibility to "out there" or being a victim of "out there".  In a business, the success is in terms of long term profits in terms of dollars.  In a life, the success is indicated by the accumulated long term enduring happiness units.  In the case of life, the only relevant stakeholder, the owner of all the share, is the CEO of your life (you).  You have a stake (interest) in having those who have bought into a stake in your life, such as a spouse (a big stakeholder) and family, followed by small stakeholder (good friends), and those who are not real stakeholders but benefit from you in some way.  You manage your life by the relative importance of the stakeholders, as it would be silly to put a lot of effort toward a minor stakeholder or an almost zero stakeholder as there would be no return for yourself and it would diminish the value of your life (or organization or business).

WE ARE THE CEOS OF OUR LIFE

We have lots of pieces to our life that need to be managed.

To be successful we must use the executive function (higher brain capability that we evolved with) as frequently as possible.  We must do these: thinking, strategizing, planning, deciding, problem solving.  And not being a lacky, clerk, doer of low value activities, as there is no time for that in a high value producer person's life.  (There is no "judgment" about the latter, as that is the choice of many people - and generally not a good choice for their own lives.  They do help the world function.)

WHAT IS TRUE OF A SUCCESSFUL CEO?

(If we don't do these in our life, we end up with bad results in life.  Unfortunately, we cannot fire ourselves from that job, so our only choice is to become really good at it!!!)

He/she knows what the end goal is.
He/she knows and solves what the best strategies are.
__ Deals in the real world.  Knows what realitiy is. He/she has corrected his/her false beliefs.

Carries out whatever he does until it produces a desired result - he doesn't stop short - he operates off of a "what works" mentality not a "moralistic" (blame, fault) mentality.  He is absolutely proactive, not dealing in anything without carrying through to whatever success can be achieved.  He is not "busy" on the treadmill of low value, as he chooses to wisely spend his effort where the returns are high.  (Efficiency people work for him/her.  Obedient people who are not proactive but are passive compliance people work for him, but at very low wages.  Figuratively also, he does not give up his "life money" to pay wages to someone (or something) of low value.

He knows what is of value and what isn't.  He knows how to predict consequences very well and includes that as an essential part of all decisions.

He makes excellent well-thought out decisions, with no or very few regrets - and he does not delay making decisions, as he knows that delay can be costly.

He learns how things work and how to work them in vital areas

He learns what works to use outside resources and "leverage" of his efforts.

He sets clear standards and rules and insists on assuring great operating systems.

He solves problems immediately.  He does what the life champion in life, or any champion, does - he looks, see, and corrects quickly.

He does not operate successfully out of ego or false values.  He operates only on substance and real value.

To be a successful CEO...

one must finish the transition from Life Before To Life After.  Before that he is not qualified and it is wishful thinking for one to believe otherwise.

In all things, we seek to use "best practices" in each area and to work with and be only with those who are qualified.  If we are not qualified, then we seek, as rapidly as possible, to become qualified to run the organization and/or one's life.
