A FOUNDATIONAL CORE OF HEALTHY PSYCHOLOGY/HAPPINESS
This is a main core foundational piece for one's psychology and correcting it will make a huge difference in having one achieve a positive, peaceful, happy way of life. But one must, as with all such things, spend the effort to learn it and to harvest it and then to fully enjoy the rewards and results of it.
IT IS NECESSARY TO LEARN AND UTILIZE THIS INSIGHT
I originally, in order to put things in more accessible order, create a contents/links page for this, thinking that people could access it and then harvest it fully. Mostly, that was not a valid thought. So, having given it more thought, I have chosen to do much more of the organizing of a "lesson plan", which I hope will make it clearer and easier to learn and to implement in your life.
So, this time, I have chosen to put this in what I think is a more workable format, though it does require some thinking on your part. It is now in a "mini-booklet" format, with a table of contents that you can click on to go to any section of, but one built on a "branched learning" foundation.
"Branched learning" means that you can click various links within the text to go out from the tree trunk of the book into other related pieces or into more depth on a topic.
