HOW ARE WE DOING IN THIS COACHING PROGRAM?
RATING, MEASURING, WHAT TO DO NEXT

One of the greatest principles of success is to measure how one is doing relative to what is the most impactful, and to correct course rapidly!  Certain activity metrics must be present to have success, so we make sure those are in place - or we must quit senselessly proceeding.  Grade how the person, even if it is you, is doing and from that decide what needs to be done and if the person is truly willing and committed such that he actually follows through. Use A-F as the ratings, with D = poor.  If you are grading a negative factor, the grade is to be made relative to what works - e.g. if the person is highly "dependent on and run by others approval", the grade would be D or F if it is disabling and/or causing problems in life.  (For other relevant pieces see Life Coaching.  For any item below, just enter the term in the search engine and read the pieces as needed.)
