MAKING LIFE FAR EASIER AND FAR MORE FRUITFUL


WHAT DOES IT MEAN?

The phrase "May The Force be with you" was made famous by the Star Wars series of films.  Though it is mysterious and magical in its use in the movie, it is actually good advice. 

It is similar to the ideas of the forces of evil and the forces of good, with evil being that which causes one to do poorly in life.  But, if we take the mystical and mysterious forces out of it, and just make it about what works and what doesn't work (or opposes what works), we have a valid concept in the reality world. 

It would, then, be similar to the idea of "going with the flow" or "going with the river" or "going with the current".  If it works and is possible, then you want to find which way the flow is going or at least where the flow in the opposite direction is the least, as those will enable more success with less effort.  A good example of marshalling the forces lies in using the sail to tack back and forth in the opposite direction of the wind - and that is a good metaphor for what is true of what works for sailing through one's life, not damning the winds that don't blow your way, but utilizing the force that is available to have your go forward in life!


HOW TO ALIGN WITH THE FORCE

Basically, one who goes with The Force is doing no more than looking and learning and then applying "what works best" to enable you to get a desired result.  (See, for more depth of understanding of the net effect, which is larger than you might think, Contra Energy - Stop Cancelling Energy!)

If you get up in the morning and you laze around, you will have the law of inertia against your having a productive or forwarding day.

"Force" is a "physics" concept.  ("In physics, a force is any interaction that, when unopposed, will change the motion of an object. In other words, a force can cause an object with mass to change its velocity (which includes to begin moving from a state of rest), i.e., to accelerate." Wikipedia) 

And inertia is "the resistance of any physical object to any change in its state of motion (this includes changes to its speed, direction or state of rest). It is the tendency of objects to keep moving in a straight line at constant velocity".  In other words if an object isn't moving it will tend to resist the force to move and it will tend to continue not moving.  But if an object is in motion it will be alot easier to keep it in motion!!!!  [See SuperPrinciple: The Law Of Inertia And Momentum, And Getting What You Want In Life (The Ultimate Motivation).  Use this intentionally if you want a more effective and easier and happier life!!!]


APPLICATIONS IN REAL LIFE

In other words, launch your rocket for the day early on, so that you will have a day that has momentum and movement forward!  That momentum force will benefit you all day.

Exercising at the beginning of the day adds positive mood chemicals that make it easier to operate, reducing negative emotions and their "opposing force" during the day.  If one has negative emotions, then one must, by the law, use up energy to deal with trying to resolve those negative emotions (in the course Emotions 101!), thus it "opposes" the positive force by taking energy away from the pool of positive emotional feeling. 

It is essential that one be very, very careful to keep the momentum going in your life improvement process and not to become the victim of inertia that causes one to stop making progress in life.  (See Sufficient Momentum In The Life Improvement Process - Reaping Huge Benefits As We Go And Even More As We Hit Our Goals. Monitoring and holding ourselves "accountable", as a positive force is essential, as is "reigniting" the force by using a good morning ritual that include the "why" and "the goal" and "the refocus" on the benefits of continuing life improvement.) 

While technically not accurate, "The Force For Good" can be metaphorically construed as anything that reduces the effort required to get good results.  Toward that end, if we reduce the "using up of energy", we free up energy to use for other good purposes. 

This is true particularly in choosing to use the positive force (energy saving) of implementing habits, which are simply practices that are built in such that they are automatic and effortless (or less effort).  If one sets up a habit of following a particular routine, one makes it so much easier to do what is in the routine - and that frees up energy that can be used elsewhere to create more of the  desired results. Particularly, it is useful if one makes a decision to always do something a particular way, then one frees up oneself from constantly redeciding in each instance what to do.  It seems that we use up our limited resource of decision-making (and willpower) reserves, or what I call "emotional reserves" or "emotional power".  (Power = force adjusted for effectiveness of application.  See The Power Formulas - To Have High Personal Power You Must Do These.)

Those people who are indecisive will suffer a large amount of loss of energy since indecisiveness, in and of itself, can be quite fear producing, as it appears to be wired into our simple primitive brain that anything unsettled represents a danger to our lives as there is uncertainty as to what to do - which could, 10,000 years ago, mean losing our lives - not good!!!.  (This is one of the reasons why it is so good to reduce uncertainty, resolve doubts, and to make decisions as to what beliefs are workable and which ones are not.  On the surface, perhaps, it may appear to be innocous to do the exercise involve in The Certainty Generators, it is extremely effective, as it reinforces one side of the battle and diminished the other side at the same time.  I would say that those exercises would be essential for almost anyone (except those who already have developed high certainty - and those people are normally quite effective in life, because they have eliminated the negative forces that hold one back and/or diminish one's power. 


FIND OUT THE LAWS AND PRINCIPLES OF WORKABILITY!

Although you'll have to decide for yourself what is true and what isn't, you might choose to make that process easier and better by learning what has already been determined as true and workable.  I do not recommend that you learn them by trial and error and having the "lessons" (from not knowing) inflicted upon you!   

Then you'd also make some of these into "rules" and "guidelines" to run your life with - saving you lots of errors of misdirection and lots of mistakes!

WHAT TO DO NOW

The obvious answer is to do and/or learn all of the above as per the links.  This will, of course, take time, beyond mere "surfing" over the surface, but the dividends will be priceless.
