You MUST ferret out what you've been tolerating in your life that suppresses your life and/or gets in the way of doing better things for your life.
If you look around you, you will see the results of your tolerating what should not be tolerated.
ARE YOU TOLERATING ANY OF THESE BAD RESULTS?
The bad results show up as:
Being frazzled, too busy.
Anxiety (which should not be tolerated in life, so you mustn't tolerate the thinking, the beliefs, and the actions that underlie it!!!!
DISCOVER AND LIST AND ACT ON WHAT YOU'VE BEEN TOLERATING!
List out what you have been tolerating, prioritize it, and then determine the actions you will do. Then put the list in your regular daily to do list, until you've conquered them.
It is very satisfying to do this exercise!!!!
